What is JavaScript?
JavaScript is a dynamic programming language that is widely used in web browsers. Thanks to the client-side scripts written in JavaScript, functions such as interacting with the user, controlling the browser, communicating with the server asynchronously and changing the content of the web page are provided. JavaScript is also widely used on the server side, thanks to platforms such as Node.js.
